About Our Charity
The Jake's Help From Heaven Foundation, founded in 2011, is a non-profit foundation dedicated to supporting individuals with multiple medical challenges and disabilities. Countless challenges occur in caring for medically fragile, special needs individuals. Our goal is to assist indviduals affected by debilitating illnesses.

New Gait Trainer Delivery to Grant Recipient
Marc Brynczka, Colleen Carlson and Julie Johnson of Jake’s Help From Heaven were present at the delivery of a gait trainer for 2 year old Keira in Watervliet, NY. On October 26, Jake’s Help From Heaven delivered a brand new iPad2 with the ProLoQuo2Go application to a local boy. Fundraiser at Cantina

Jewelry Party
On November 17th, local jewelry designer, Ericka O’Donnell of Complementos by Ericka, hosted an open house to showcase all her latest creations.She opened her home to guests from 10:30 AM to 10:30 PM and donated 15% of all proceeds to Jake’s Help From Heaven. Charity Trunkshow Tuesday, August 9th
The always fashionable Natalie Sillery, owner of Saratoga Trunk, is giving Saratogians something to do while the track is closed this Tuesday.
